| Details: | Missing two grey suitcases and one box that were not in shipping container when it was unsealed upon arrival in August 2000. London port claims all items were inside when container was sealed. Philadelphia port claims seal was intact on arrival. Both deny responsibility for missing items. Items include favourite mauve shirt, riding boots, toiletries, shoes. Can't get over loss and must have these items back. |
